"We hope to have more companies and aircraft participating in the Seventh edition of the Bahrain International Airshow 2024," Director of Bahrain International Airshow Yousif Mohammed Mahmoud said.


Over 50,000 people have attended the Sixth Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS 2020) over its three days at the Sakhir Air Base, he said. The event marked its 10th anniversary since it was launched under the patronage of His Majesty the King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
"There were 186 companies participating from 33 countries at the show," Mahmoud said.
"There were a total of 225 military and civil delegations in attendance and 76 participating aircraft. This years' airshow has many successful testimonies from international companies.
