Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provided they are within the terrestrial broadcast radius of 96.5 Radio Bahrain.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

Competition Period

• The competition will run on air from Sunday 8 February to Thursday 12 February 2026, during Martin & Hayley in the Morning.
• The competition will operate Sunday to Thursday only, from 8:00am onwards.

How the Competition Works

Each on-air competition round will be conducted in two parts:

1. Part One: Set-up and explanation of the competition by the presenter(s).
2. Part Two: A selected contestant is brought on air to play “The Royal Saray Triple Play.”

To be deemed a potential winner, a contestant must come on air and participate in the morning round of the competition.

The Royal Saray Triple Play – Game Mechanics

• Each day, contestants will be asked to identify a song, a movie clip, and answer a trivia question.
• To win a daily prize, the contestant must correctly answer all three elements of the Triple Play.
• If all three elements are answered correctly, the contestant will win the daily prize, as previously described by the presenter(s) in Part One.
• If only one or two elements are answered correctly, the round will be deemed incorrect and the opportunity to play will pass to another standby contestant.
• If a standby contestant is not brought on air due to the primary contestant winning, they may re-enter the competition on a subsequent day.

Overall Winner

• After four days of competition, Radio Bahrain will select one overall winner.
  Radio Bahrain will attend either the winner’s home address or workplace to upgrade their prize to a membership at The Royal Saray Resort. 
• You must be available on Wednesday or Thursday if you are selected for the upgrade and will be required to record audio and/or video content for this part of the competition. 
• Further terms relating to the prize are outlined below.

Entry Method

• For each competition round, one contestant will be selected at random from all WhatsApp entries received that morning.
• To enter, listeners must send their name only to 17780780. Any additional wording will invalidate the entry for that round.
• Only one entry per mobile number will be counted per round. Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning.
• As long as the message is successfully delivered and valid, the entry will count, even if it is not read on air.

Call-Back Procedure

• If selected, the contestant will be contacted via the mobile number used to enter.
• If the call is not answered, the contestant will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to play, and another contestant will be selected at random.

Broadcast Disruption
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, transmission failure, urgent breaking news, or studio emergencies), Radio Bahrain reserves the right to reschedule the competition at the earliest available opportunity. Any changes will be announced on air.

Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that, if they win, they may be identified on air and may be required to take part in reasonable publicity activities, including social media content and video recordings.

Prize Fulfilment
Once a winner has been confirmed, their details will be passed to The Royal Saray Resort marketing team, who will contact the winner within 14 days of the competition ending to arrange prize fulfilment.

Verification
Radio Bahrain reserves the right to request valid identification, including but not limited to a passport or CPR card, to verify a winner’s identity, age, and eligibility.
Failure to provide valid identification, providing false or misleading information, or failing to comply with any instructions or time limits may result in disqualification. In such cases, Radio Bahrain reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to an alternative winner. If a breach is discovered after the prize has been awarded, Radio Bahrain reserves the right to request the return of the prize or its equivalent cash value.

Exclusions
Employees of Radio Bahrain and The Royal Saray Resort, including part-time staff, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the competition.

Terms and Conditions Applicable for All Prizes

• This voucher is valid until 31^st August 2026.
• Radio Bahrain prize winners in the last 3-months are not eligible to win in this competition.
• Complimentary vouchers are redeemable once up to the stated value against the price in whole or in part of the relevant goods and/or services offered by Royal Saray Bahrain.
• Complimentary vouchers are valid as stated on the front and subject to availability and prior reservations.
• At the time of making the booking or reservation for good and/or services the complimentary voucher must be declared.
• A complimentary voucher must be submitted by its holder prior to receipt of the relevant hotel goods and/or services as confirmation of payment.
• Cash or credit card payment may be used in addition to a complimentary voucher for any purchase of goods and/or services at no extra charge.
• If the cost of goods and/or services is less than the value of the complimentary voucher being used to pay for goods and or services, the difference shall be forfeited
• Complimentary vouchers are valid until the specified expiry date.
• Once the expiry date has been reached, a complimentary voucher cannot be extended or renewed.
• Complimentary vouchers cannot be refunded in whole or in part and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.
• Complimentary vouchers have no cash value.
• Complimentary voucher cannot be replaced by the hotel if lost, destroyed, defaced, damaged, stolen or expired.
• A complimentary voucher is issued by and is the property of Royal Saray Bahrain.
