The latino beauty has been charged with tax evasion for the second time by Spanish government.
It is alledged that Shakira owes 2.9 million BHD for failing to declare millions in advance payments for her El Dorado world tour back in 2018.
The new charges were accrued when Shakira was living in Barcelona with Football star Gerrard Pique and was supposed to be paying tax on all her international revenue.
